About Apollo's Sailing/Diving Trip - Commencing Friday 7th August 2020
Apollo 3 day/2 night trip is a fast and fun sailing boat with a comfortable interior. Taking out a maximum of 26 guests, this boat is the perfect choice for guests looking for a great dive and sail experience.
Apollo is part of the Whitsunday Charter Boat Industry Association which means they are a high standard operator who strives for excellence in quality and service to customers to provide an unforgettable experience in the Whitsundays.
This trip offers great opportunities for both certified divers and first-timers offering one free dive and more dives can be booked and paid for on-board. Please note all dives are subject to conditions, but they generally aim for 4 to 5 dives per trip.
Due to the limited number of vessels offering scuba diving in the Whitsunday Islands this is a very popular boat and it fills up fast, so we kindly encourage you book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Departures / Pickups
Departs Airlie Beach on Mondays and Fridays at 8:00am from Abel Point Marina
Returns: Wednesday and Sundays at 3.30pm to Able Point Marina

Full Itinerary
There are no set itineraries as the trips vary according to the weather, but generally, you will sail all around the Whitsunday Islands stopping to swim, snorkel and scuba dive on the fringing reefs, visit stunning Whitehaven Beach and have time to relax and explore. You will also be taken on a short bushwalk up to Hill Inlet Lookout where you will view the swirling sands and the 7 kilometre stretch of Whitehaven Beach. Weather and tidal dependent, a typical two-night tour will aim for three to four separate snorkel sites. In the evenings the boat will moor in bays and drop anchor to watch the sunset, enjoy dinner, drinks and relax!

Returns: Wednesday and Sundays at 3.30pm to Able Point Marina
PICK-UP LOCATION: Make own way to Able Marina, Shingley Dr, Airlie Beach
CHECK IN TIME – TRIP DATE: 8.00am on the morning of departure – All passengers must make their own way to meeting point located at South Marina Tour Departure Point, Abell Point Marina, Airlie Beach. The vessel will then depart the marina approximately 9.00am
