Join us on a 3-Day, 3-Night Expedition and to earn your SSI Open Water Certification, or advance your training with the SSI Advanced Open Water Course, available on both the 3Day 3Night and 2 Day 2Night of the trips. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced diver, Summer Jo offers the perfect liveaboard experience to explore the stunning reefs of the Whitsundays!
No prior experience? No problem! The SSI Open Water Course is your first step into the world of scuba diving. Over three incredible days, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to dive safely to 18 meters, all while exploring the vibrant coral reefs and marine life of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. With expert instruction, hands-on training, and plenty of time in the water, you’ll leave with a globally recognised certification—and a newfound passion for the underwater world! This course is available of the 3 Day 3 Night trip.
SSI Advanced Open Water Course – Explore Deeper & Smarter
For certified divers looking to enhance their skills, the SSI Advanced Open Water Course offers the perfect balance of adventure and education. This course builds on your experience, introducing you to deeper dives, underwater navigation, and specialty diving like drift or night diving. Conducted on the 2 Day 2 Night and the 3 Day 3 Night trip, this program is designed to give you more confidence, new skills, and the ability to explore the ocean like never before.
From scuba diving and snorkelling to stunning sunsets and stargazing, every trip on Summer Jo is unique. Whether you’re earning your first diving certification, advancing your skills, or simply soaking in the beauty of the Whitsundays, this liveaboard experience is designed to create unforgettable memories.
