Nicknamed 'The Bullet' by architects and fabricators after months of developing new innovative ideas to create the fastest power catamaran for charter, Whitsunday Bullet was finished in January 2017. Surpassing all saftey requirements Whitsunday Bullet will maintain speed and ride comfort, punching a hole through waves at a cruising speed of 25 knots, not that you will even notice as you glide through the tropical paradise of the Whitsundays National Park.
Whitsunday Bullet has been tailor made for guests looking for an exciting day, a visit to Whitehaven Beach and the Hill Inlet Lookout, with ample time for a snorkel stop on a fringing reef bursting with marine life, or for the even more adventurous, an optional Scuba Dive.
Tours include services of Captain and Crew, courtesy transfers, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, snorkelling equipment and instruction, guided island walk, visit to Whitehaven Beach, wet suit hire, marine and national park fees.
Heading straight to Whitsunday Island for a short walk to the famous Hill Inlet Lookout. After time spent taking in the breathtaking views, you will jump back on board and head to South Whitehaven for a swim and to marvel at the white silica sands of the beach.
Then we head to the north end of Hook Island or Hayman Island, the best location decided on the day. You will be then transferred to the nearest beach, and you can go for a snorkel at your leisure or simply top up the tan.
Mid afternoon we will start to head home, back to Abell Point Marina, arriving at 4:30pm. Courtesy bus will then transfer guests back to local accommodation houses.
This itinerary will vary based on the tide and prevailing weather conditions. We plan the daily itinerary around the high tides at Tongue Bay for ease of access for guests to the Hill Inlet Lookout walk. So some days the itinerary is reversed, starting in the morning at the north end of the Whitsundays and then heading to Whitehaven Beach in the afternoon.
