Diving enthusiasts! Are you planning an Australian East Coast trip which covers Sydney to Cairns.  Dive in Australia has created two East Coast Dive Passes. Our Dive Passes' allows you the flexibility to choose from our best dive locations along this section of coastline which combined with a open itinerary you will expereince both Australia's iconic landscapes, oceans and marine life. 5 Day Dive Pass (Includes 10 dives) – AU$1250.00 per person
 
This Pass allows you to choose 5 dive locations from the below list offering you up to 10 dives in total
Flexible Itinerary - You can choose to dive a particular dive location more than once
Set 2 dives per dive tour – Additional third dive may be on offer, which can be booked and paid for direct with the operator.

3 Day Dive Pass (Includes 6 dives) – AU$750.00 per person
 
This Pass allows you to choose 3 dive locations from the below list offering up to 6 dives in total
Flexible Itinerary - You can choose to dive a particular dive location more than once
Set 2 dives per dive tour – Additional third dive may be on offer, which can be booked and paid for, direct with the operator.

Each dive trip has it's own itinerary which can vary due to weather conditions for example each day.
 
We will provide you with an itinerary on your chosen dives prior to your travel date and an update on start times for your dives.
 
 
Important Information
Customers must contact dive centres at least 24 – 48 hours prior to scheduled dive to confirm dive is running. All dives are subject to weather conditions and some medical conditions may prevent you from diving.  Dive in Australia will also stay in touch with customer all the way checking weather conditions, assisting in securing preferred dive dates with all dive locations for your customers.
 
No refund is offered should customers not receive 10 dives travelling the distance between Cairns and Sydney. Dive in Australia will attempt in every instance to find comparable substitute dives should the chosen dive locations not be available at the time customers want to secure the dive. (I.E. trips cancelled due to poor / unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues with respective vessels, insufficient passenger numbers or as advised by the dive operator)
 
A $50.00 Non Refundable Fee will apply to all booking cancellations/rescheduling trips to cover associated bank charges and administration costs.  Dive in Australia also honours operators individual Cancellation/Rescheduling/Refund Policies.
 
Dive operators chosen is at the sole discretion of Dive in Australia.
 
Travel Insurance is highly recommended by customer to cover loss of any tours uncompleted.
 
Terms and Conditions:
In the event your scheduled dive trip is cancelled due to weather you can make up those lost dives on one of the other highlighted dive sites (subject to availability)
 
Pass is non-transferable
 
Pass is valid for travel to the 31st March 2019
 
Booking must be made within 7 days of travel
 
Dive Pass adheres to individual Dive Operator’s cancellation policy
 
Important Information:
Some medical conditions may prevent you from diving– if in doubt please see your doctor before travelling
In the interest of safety we recommend you do not fly within a 24 hour period after diving
Individual operators itinerary is a guide only and the times of dives may change to because of prevailing weather, tides and currents
At the time of booking please advise if you have any dietary requirements and we will do our best to ensure the operator caters for you
You will generally be required to fill out a Medical Waiver Release and Indemnity Deed with each dive operator
We recommend you organize your own travel insurance which includes diving

  • Marine Park Levies, Port Authority Charges and Admin Fees
  • Cairns, Port Douglas, Mission Beach Dive - Extra Charges (Marine Park Levies) Up to $20.00 per person per day - Marine Levy per person – Amount varies between operators and is payable direct to operator at check in.
  • Yongala Dive - Extra Charge $22.00 Marine Levy/Mooring Fee payable direct to operator at check in. The Yongala Shipwreck is a deep dive (29metres) Requirement: Advanced Dive Certification.  Open Water Divers are required to complete the PADI Deep Dive Specialty – Extra Charge $25.00 Minimum of 6 logged dives within 6 months of dive certification.
  • Dive Guides – Some operators charge for Guided Divers - $15.00 per person. Enquire if applicable at time of booking.
