Important Information For Learn to Dive Course Participants continuing on with their dive education.
Prior to commencing your Learn to Dive Course you are required to complete the self-assessment Next Level Student Dive Medical Declaration. A positive response to any question means that there is a pre-existing condition that may affect your safety while diving and you must consult a medical practitioner preferably with experience in diving medicine to obtain a dive medical certificate that states that you are fit to undertake recreational diver training.
To avoid disappointment we suggest that you complete the Student Diver Medical Declaration and if necessary obtain a dive medical from a doctor prior to commencement. (Any costs associated in this process are payable direct to the doctor). (Contact us for a copy of the Entry Level Student Dive Medical Declaration)
Important Note: Student Diver Medical Declaration and Dive Medical (if required) must be completed within 90 days of commencement of your learn to dive course.

Dive Byron Bay’s Julian Rocks Marine Reserve
Here the reserve is home to three different species of sea turtle, an assortment of rays including mantas, hard and soft corals, friendly wobbegong sharks and over four hundred different species of fish. All of this is only a five-minute boat ride from Byron Bay.

PADI Advanced Course - The advanced course takes 3 days to complete and includes specialty dives such as Boat diving, Underwater naturalist, Navigation diving, Drift diving and Deep diving.
All equipment hire is provided (if required), the boat ride (on which you frequently see dolphins) and a qualified dive PRO to take you on your dives, PADI manuals and photo for Certification Card
Flying after diving: If only one dive is undertaken then a minimum of 12 hours is recommended before flying. If more than one dive is conducted in the day, or multiple days of diving are undertaken then an interval of 24 hours is recommended.
