Beachfront Cabin (Sleeps 2-4)

Three beachfront cabins sit right on the sand at Putney Beach, offering stunning views over Middle Island and unforgettable sunsets over the mainland.

Each cabin includes basic self-catering facilities—fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric frypan, and dining space—plus a private ensuite with shower and basin. All are air-conditioned and benefit from cooling sea breezes year-round.

Cabin layout options include:

• Two 1-bedroom cabins: Queen bed + two singles in the kitchenette area
• One 2-bedroom cabin: Queen bedroom + bunk beds in a walk-through room

Linen is provided (excluding beach towels and toiletries; only soap is supplied). Each cabin also features a private outdoor area—perfect for relaxing island-style.

Minimum stay: 2 nights during off-peak seasons.

Island Cabins (Sleeps 2-6)

Island Cabins provide comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation with basic self-catering facilities, including a full-sized fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric frypan, and dining area. Each cabin features a private ensuite with shower, toilet, and basin, plus bath towels for your stay (please bring your own beach towel). Toiletries are not provided, except for a cake of soap.

Cabins include a separate queen bedroom and typically two single beds in the main living area. Two larger cabins with two sets of bunks are available for families—contact reception to book.

All cabins have a private outdoor space with either decking or paving—perfect for relaxing and enjoying island life.

Minimum stay: 2 nights during off-peak seasons.

Garden Rooms (Sleeps 1-4)

Just a minute’s walk from Putney Beach, the Garden Rooms offer simple, comfortable accommodation with air-conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, and tea/coffee facilities including a small bar fridge.

Room layouts vary and include either a queen bed, queen + single, or queen + bunk (or two singles). Linen and bath towels are provided—just bring your beach towel. Toiletries are not supplied, except for a cake of soap.

While these rooms do not include cooking facilities, the Bar and Bistro is just a short two-minute stroll away, where you can enjoy our full meals package—from lunch on arrival to breakfast on departure.

Please note: no self-catering or cooking facilities available.

Palm Rooms (Sleeps 1-2)

Located just across the path from the Island Cabins, the Palm Rooms are modern, motel-style ensuite rooms ideal for couples or groups seeking a no-fuss island getaway. Each of the 12 air-conditioned rooms features a queen bed, tea and coffee facilities, and a small bar fridge.

Linen and bath towels are provided—just bring your beach towel. Toiletries are not included, apart from a cake of soap.

While there are no cooking facilities, the Palm Rooms are just a short two-minute walk from the Bar and Bistro, where you can enjoy our convenient meals package—from lunch on arrival through to breakfast on departure.

Putney Place Studio (Sleeps 1-4)

Just a two-minute stroll from Putney Beach, the Putney Place Studios offer a cosy and convenient stay with a queen bed, sofa bed, private ensuite, and a small kitchenette equipped with basic cooking facilities.

Linen is provided—just pack your swimwear and beach towel. Toiletries are not included, aside from a cake of soap.

Minimum stay: 2 nights during off-peak seasons.

A-Frame House (Sleeps 1-6)

Just steps from Putney Beach, the rustic-style A-Frame House is a fully self-contained retreat ideal for families or groups. With its own BBQ area and equipped kitchen, it’s perfect for longer stays and shared getaways.

Spread over two open-plan levels, the house features 3 queen beds and 2 singles, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. The cosy lounge area includes sofas and a dining table for six.

Linen is provided—just bring your swimwear and beach towel.

Hideaway House (Sleeps 1-4)

The Hideaway House is a relaxed and family-friendly retreat, featuring two air-conditioned queen bedrooms and a bunk bed in the lounge—comfortably sleeping up to six guests. It includes a private courtyard with a picnic table, perfect for laid-back afternoons and sunset snacks.

Guests can self-cater in the fully equipped kitchen or opt for the convenience of our all-meals package. A washing machine is also available for longer stays (please bring your own detergent).

Linen is provided—just pack your beach towels and toiletries (only a cake of soap is supplied).
