This tour requires an excellent level of fitness and mobility. You should be prepared for longer walks of up to 3-10 km a day over uneven terrain, sometimes in hot conditions. Travellers must be in good health, as the itinerary involves long travel days in remote areas with limited facilities. A solid level of physical fitness will help you enjoy the experience to the fullest.
Yes, passengers with special meal requirements or food allergies MUST ensure they inform us at least 72 hours prior to the trip commencing. Food for the trip is purchased before commencement and special requirements cannot be catered for after departing. Due to the remote nature of our tours, food is basic but plentiful.
