Pro Dive Cairns PADI Divemaster Program

Become a PADI Divemaster with Pro Dive Cairns

Pro Dive Cairns’s PADI Divemaster course is your gateway into the world of professional scuba diving. As the first professional-level certification in the PADI system, becoming a Divemaster qualifies you to supervise certified divers, assist with PADI training courses, and work in a variety of dive operations — both on land and at sea. It’s also the crucial stepping stone toward becoming a PADI Instructor.

At Pro Dive Cairns, the 19-day Divemaster program blends comprehensive dive theory with hands-on practical experience. You’ll participate in both confined water and open water sessions, assisting real students under the guidance of experienced instructors. A highlight of the course is the inclusion of two three-day liveaboard trips, where you’ll log up to 20 dives on the Great Barrier Reef — a mix of required training dives and recreational fun dives. This immersive experience not only sharpens your diving skills but also prepares you for real-world work in the dive industry.
