2 Day 2 Night Sailing Trip - Full Itinerary

Apollo will be starting a 2day 2night trips on the 22nd of April, and run these trips on every Wednesday up until the end of September 2026.

Departs: Wednesday – 1:30pm

Returns: Friday – 10:30am

On Apollo, the itinerary is flexible, adjusting to the weather. You’ll sail the Whitsundays, snorkel, swim, explore fringing reefs, and visit Whitehaven Beach. Hike to Hill Inlet Lookout for stunning views, and enjoy 3-4 snorkel sites.

Evenings are spent in peaceful bays where you can relax, watch the sunset, and enjoy dinner and drinks. The fun, social vibe continues as you swap stories with fellow travelers before heading to your spacious cabin for a good night’s rest. Wake up to breakfast and another day of adventure!

Apollo is appropriate for children aged 16 years and over accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

3 Day 3 Night Sailing Trip - Full Itinerary

Apollo will be starting a 3Day 3Night trips depart every Sunday.

Departs: Sunday 9.00am

Returns: Wednesday – 4.00pm

There is so much to see and do on Apollo, the trip is extended to 3 days and 3 nights of complete adventure, fun and incredible experiences while you sail around the Whitsundays on an ex-racing maxi yacht!

Apollo is appropriate for children aged 16 years and over accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Dive in Australia honours operators individual Cancellation/Rescheduling/Refund Policies. Sailing tours are always dependent on the weather. If your trip is cancelled for any reason Dive in Australia will honour Sailing Whitsundays refund policy. Flexible refund policies are now in place based on the uncertainty of travel restrictions.Cancellations made within 14 days of departure for overnight boats will result in complete forfeiture of the ticket price. Cancellations made out of these time frames will be refunded in full, minus any credit card/administration fees.

COVID-19 Queries

Please ensure you are aware of our policy regarding COVID-19 as you may be refused boarding if you have any of the following: Any flu like symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath Have been in close contact with someone who is a confirmed case of Covid-19 If you are experiencing any of the above close to your departure date, please call us as soon as possible. Please do not try to partake in your tour if you are feeling unwell. No refunds will be given for any cancellations made within our cancellation period however, if you are unable to travel, we are more than happy to write you a letter to help you make a claim on your travel insurance. There are many insurance providers now that will cover for Covid cancellations. We strongly recommend all guests have adequate travel insurance.

Are all meals included?

Yes, you will receive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus morning and afternoon tea.

Surcharge applies to some dietary requirements on this trip.

Yes, but there will be an extra charge of $20 per person for any lactose-free, gluten-free or fad diets. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any dietary requirements.

Is Apollo suited to families and younger children?

Apollo is recommended for those aged 18-35 years, but the minimum age for travel is 16 years old
