Cruise Whitsundays is an amazing full day tour from Airlie Beach, Day Dream Island and Hamilton Island visiting a reef pontoon which is permanently moored at sea. Divers and snorkellers of all experience levels will enjoy a day out with Cruise Whitsundays.
You will spend a full day exploring and diving the Great Barrier Reef, the World Heritage-listed wonder off the Queensland coast. The journey here through the lush Whitsunday Islands will have you reaching for your camera – watch for migrating Humpback Whales between July and September – but underwater is really where the magic happens. Incredible numbers of bright tropical fish and more than 1,400 species of coral await.
The Cruise Whitsunday boats are large, comfortable catamarans, which offer a mixture of air-conditioned seating and extra sundecks. Morning and afternoon tea is included, as is a full buffet lunch. This tour is suitable for divers of all experience levels, from those wanting to try it for the first time (no experience necessary) to experienced, certified divers.

Diving Details
Introductory and certified scuba divers are all catered to on Cruise Whitsunday, at their reef pontoon. Introductory diving is for those people who have never scuba dived before; there’s no experience necessary and all equipment and tuition is included in the tour price. Dive depth on an introductory dive varies from 1-12m. For certified scuba divers, Cruise Whitsundays includes a professional dive guide in your tour price. Explore the reef in small groups, of no more than 4-5 divers. Introductory and certified scuba divers can choose to book 1 or 2 dives during the Cruise Whitsundays day tour.
