Cancellation Policy

Groups of 1–9 guests:

More than 5 days before departure – 100% refund of the total tour price.
Within 5 days but more than 48 hours before departure: the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
Within 48 hours of departure or no-shows: no refund (100% cancellation fee applies).

Groups of 10+ guests or private charters:

More than 14 days before departure: 100% refund of the total tour price.
Within 14 days but more than 5 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour price.
Within 5 days of departure: no refund.

When will I receive a full refund?

You will receive a full refund if the tour is cancelled due to: Bad weather, Minimum passenger numbers not being met, or Mechanical or operational issues with the vessel
