Set sail on a six-day, five-night expedition to the remote reaches of the Great Barrier Reef from the Whitsunday Islands aboard the legendary luxury mega yacht Summer Jo. Suited to experienced divers with the option for Open Water Divers to complete their Advanced Certifications as depths can exceed 20 and up to 30 metres.

By day, explore colourful coral gardens and diverse reef ecosystems. By night, plunge into the mystical world of night diving, where elusive creatures and bioluminescence bring the reef to life under the stars.

Itinerary (Subject to Weather & Sea Conditions)

Day 1 – Arrival & Introduction Dive

Meet at Port of Airlie Marina at 11am for gear setup and a detailed safety briefing.
Enjoy an afternoon sail through the Whitsunday Islands, then unwind as we begin our overnight transit to the legendary SS Yongala wreck.

Day 2 – SS Yongala Wreck

2 unforgettable day dives on the world-famous SS Yongala, home to giant groupers, sea turtles, and vibrant coral.
Optional night dive for a unique nocturnal reef experience.

Day 3 – Faith Reef

3 incredible day dives at Faith Reef, famed for its colorful coral walls and thriving marine life.
Multiple snorkelling opportunities throughout the day.
Optional night dive before our overnight passage to Elizabeth Reef.

Day 4 – Elizabeth Reef

3 day dives exploring the remote and untouched Elizabeth Reef, one of the southernmost coral atolls.
Ample snorkelling sessions between dives.
Optional night dive under the stars.

Day 5 – Bait Reef

3 thrilling day dives at the renowned Bait Reef, known for its crystal-clear lagoons and dramatic swim-throughs.
Snorkelling opportunities for all guests.

Day 6 – Early Morning Dive & Return

Enjoy a final early morning dive and snorkel session.
Relax with brunch onboard as we cruise back to Airlie Beach for farewells.

Trip Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel:
• Between 30 and 60 days of departure, you will forfeit 25% of the ticket price.
• Between 14 to 30 days before departure, you will forfeit 50% of the ticket price.
• Within 14 days of departure, you will forfeit the full trip fee.
