Once everyone is ready, enjoy a short drive to Inskip Point to board the ferry. Keep your eyes peeled during the crossing for dolphins, dugongs, and other marine life as you approach the World Heritage-listed K’gari (Fraser Island).

Upon arrival, cruise north along the island’s iconic 75 Mile Beach, stopping at Eli Creek for a refreshing swim or float. Continue along the coast to the SS Maheno Shipwreck, where your guide will share its fascinating history. Then, head inland along scenic tracks to Boorangoora (Lake McKenzie), one of Australia’s most stunning and photographed freshwater lakes, perfect for relaxing or swimming.

Next, visit Central Station, the former logging headquarters, and learn about the area’s history, towering rainforests, and the serene Wanggoolba Creek. Take an optional 1.8 km rainforest walk along the creek before reuniting at Pile Valley. From there, drive back to Eastern Beach along 75 Mile Beach to catch the ferry.
