Where do you go? What dive sites do you visit?

Our 2-tank trip brings you to the northern end of Hook Island. Our experienced Crew will consider the day’s weather conditions and take you to the most ideal diving locations, ensuring you will get the best dive experience possible. Dive sites include but are not limited to: Butterfly Bay; Mantaray Bay, Mackerel Bay; Blue Pearl Bay; Black Island “Wonderwall”

I have a medical issue; can I go snorkelling/diving anyways?

You must fill out a Medical Questionnaire on the boat, so if you know of any health issues, please go to see a doctor first and get a medical certificate that says that you are fit for diving. Please be informed that also some types of medication can exclude you from any in-water activities, unless you have a Medical Certificate that says you are fit for snorkelling/diving.

What will I see on my trip?

Snorkelling or Scuba Diving on the reefs around the Whitsunday Islands gives you the opportunity to see the wonderful underwater world of the Great Barrier Reef… Yes, also the Islands are part of the largest Barrier Reef in the world! Lots of corals and tropical fish will show their selves in their natural surrounding and occasionally you will be able to see Turtles, Sea snakes, a variety of nudibranchs, Sharks, Giant Bump-head Parrot fish and Barracuda’s, just to name a few. In the right season you also might see Mantaray’s (May-August) or Humpback Whales (July – November), although the last not whilst snorkelling or diving but from the boat.

Can I go Scuba Diving without a certification?

YES YOU CAN! We offer Try-SCUBA Diving in the Pool and have a special trip dedicated to Introductory divers.

What about lunch, I am allergic/can’t eat/don’t want to eat specific things

If you have any dietary requirements let us or the travel agent know when you book your trip / course, and we will make sure that there is a complete Lunch onboard without the ingredients that you want to exclude.
