This license is internationally recognised and allows you to dive to 18m.
Already certified and craving more? The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course is your next step toward becoming a more skilled, confident, and adventurous diver. Designed for certified divers looking to explore new depths—literally and figuratively—this course includes six specialty dives over three thrilling days.
From deep diving and navigation to unique environments like wrecks or drift dives, you’ll sharpen your skills while experiencing the stunning underwater landscapes of the Whitsundays. Dive smarter, go deeper, and unlock even more of the ocean’s wonders.
Already certified divers have the option to go out on a double dive adventure!

Prerequisites for Open Water Course:
- Minimum age: 10 years old
- Complete a basic medical questionnaire to ensure you are fit to dive
- Swim 200 meters and tread water for 10 minutes
Prerequisites for Advanced Open Water Course:
- Open water license or equivalent
- Minimum age: 12 years old
- Completion of a simple medical questionnaire to confirm suitability for scuba diving.
- Proof of at least 6 logged dives in the past 12 months
